SHIPPING + LEGAL

  • Shipping:

    • We ship via Royal Mail where possible, Larger orders may differ.

    • Delivery within the UK usually takes 1-2 business days

    • International delivery may take 7-21 business days depending on destination.

    • For international orders, please note that customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any local handling fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

      US Shipping includes duties paid with no extra fees on arrival.

      These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their exact amount.

      If customs charges are refused or unpaid by the recipient and the parcel is returned or destroyed, we are unable to refund shipping costs or customs fees incurred.

      We are actively working on offering duties-paid shipping options in the future. Until then, customers who prefer not to deal with import fees may wish to wait until this option becomes available.

    Returns:

    • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened products.

    • Refunds issued after goods are received in original condition.

    • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, except where required by law.

    Cancellations:

    • Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Contact hello@rainydaycafe.club immediately.

    • Certain products are available for preorder and will indicate an estimated production time on the product page. These estimates are for guidance only and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

    • Preorders are open for a limited period. Once the preorder period ends, orders cannot be cancelled, except in cases of significant product changes or at our discretion.

    • Payment for preorders is collected at the time of order. By placing a preorder, you agree to pay in full and accept the estimated production timeline.

    • Rainy Day Cafe Club is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, production issues, shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

    • Any updates regarding delays or changes will be communicated via the email provided at checkout.
