Introducing "Earl Grey Cha" - An Earl grey tea powder.
A finely ground black tea with bergamot flavouring - similar to matcha but done with Earl Grey
Tasting Notes:
Notes of aromatic citrus, soft florals, full bodied with gentle malt
Perfect for:
Lattes, desserts, London fogs or anywhere you want Earl Grey flavour without steeping
How to prepare:
Scoop 1-2g of powder (1/2 tsp)
Add 60ml of 80ºC water
Or cold water for a more delicate flavour
Whisk/blend until fully dissolved
Enjoy with 150ml milk or water
(Sweetener optional - I like it with a bit of maple syrup or brown sugar)
I’d try this method out first to see how you feel about strength - can easily go up to 3 or 4g but a little goes a long way.
